How does your Service work?
To book a service simply contact us . We offer a free 30 minute consultation and go from there.

How much does your service cost?
The cost depends on the service provided. They are also time related. We also offer time blocks for regular clients, which provides convenience and savings for our customers. Services are billed in 15 minute increments with a 30 minute minimum for "out of office jobs" and 15 minute minimum for "in office jobs".

Who can use your services?
Anyone who needs a helping hand once, every now and then or on a regular basis. Busy professionals, new mums, pensioners or people recuperating from illness, surgery or an accident. Anyone with a busy lifestyle can use My Time Is Yours Errand Services.

What about payment?
We kindly request payment at the time service is rendered. Any 3rd party expenses  must be paid up front unless otherwise agreed.  We accept Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque and Cash. International  credit card payments can be accepted via Pay pal.

What if I need a service that is not listed?
Not a worry. Contact us and we will do our best to make sure you are taken care of.

Is there anything that you will not do?
We do not engage into any activity that is illegal or unsafe.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.

Can I request your services for someone else?
Yes, we have that special gift of time available thru our Gift Certificates.

Do you do cleaning?
Yes, and we specialise in using environmentally friendly cleaning products, safe for allergy sufferers, children and pets.
