Services

1.     Our business hours are 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday. 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Saturdays.

    24 hour notice is requested for all errands. However, if less notice is given, we will try our best to ensure you are taken care of.

Fees

1   An initial client consultation for 30 minutes is free.

2.  Additional kilometre charge will apply to any job outside of a 30 km radius, unless otherwise stated.

3.     A fee of $30.00 will be assessed on any and all returned cheques.

Payment

1.     All agreed upon fees owned to My Time Is Yours Errand Services are to be paid before or at the time of services rendered unless otherwise agreed.

2.  Client is responsible for all costs related to any purchases and payment is due before service will take place, unless otherwise agreed. These costs include dry cleaning, pharmacy items, personal shopping or Grocery shopping items, etc.

3. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Cheques,  Direct bank deposit and cash payments.

4. When an errand has been completed, the client will be provided with receipts of any purchases made on their behalf. 

Safety

1.     My Time Is Yours Errand Services will not perform any services on Clients behalf that is illegal or unsafe.

2. Small pets will only be transported if an appropiate pet carrier is provided.

 

Confidentiality & Discretion

1. We value our clients and discretion is a must. My Time Is Yours Errand Services will not at any time sell or exchange our clients information to any third parties.
